Shizzle Marketing, an integrated marketing agency, recently launched a new feature - a live chat.

“At Shizzle, it’s our passion to provide a premium experience to our partners. To do that, in terms of communication, we need to establish a channel that is accessible, instant, and will provide a dedicated customer experience,” Michael Manaog, Shizzle’s Product Manager said. He even added, “Our live chat feature will augment our email and social media channels in bolstering our business accessibility.”

Launched in January 4, 2021, Shizzle Marketing aims to be a holistic and one-stop marketing agency that caters to the traditional and digital marketing needs of its customers. As a hands-on VP for Product, Rod Paulino previously deferred the live chat feature but decided that it’s an important feature moving forward.

“Building Shizzle’s live chat feature was easy,” Software Engineer Jean Legaspi shared. “This feature was made possible through hard work and collaboration.”

Shizzle’s QA Specialist Charie Arellano added, “We intend to give prime and unparalleled customer experience so we built the live chat feature.”
